“When Alex says ‘I’ll go wherever the work will take me,’ he means it. In my case, it meant taking me in his Mazda compact car all over the Twin Cities to view properties during a blizzard. Having worked with Alex on a few realty deals at this point I have no plans to use any other Realtor. He is very proactive in researching not only the market as a whole, but also the individual neighborhoods in which he is operating. Doing the due diligence to become familiar with these micro-markets has enabled him to be very accurate with price comps on all of the properties he’s bought or sold for me. On my most recent sale we listed the property at roughly $10k above what I was expecting because Alex’s research showed that price was not only reasonable for the neighborhood, but also within a price band that would still entice a quick sale. His estimate was dead on. The cleaning service he recommended made house perfect for marketing photos. The photographer made the house look even better than I’d imagined it could. The house was in the final stages of being listed and was under contract, at asking, before the listing even went live on the MLS. I made the decision to take the offer at asking and just like that my house was sold.

I have worked with him on personal properties as well as properties for commercial purposes and the most important asset for me is accurate information and a willingness to get the job done, regardless of size.
